The goal is to set up an algorithm to accurately and prospectively determine the dose of Busulfan to be administered to such a child, according to its genetics, for an optimal therapeutic result. Indeed, the reactions to the intake of this drug differ greatly from one child to another and individualization would increase its effectiveness<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div
