| Phil Lenz, Member Phil Lenz was recruited in October 2007 to establish a presence in Switzerland and set-up a new Trust Company for the Butterfield Group. Prior to that role, Phil was the Chief Administration Officer of the global wealth structuring division at Barclays Wealth and directly involved in strategic planning, acquisitions and the administration of large and complex trust structures. Over the past 20 years, he held a number of other positions in the financial industry, primarily in corporate and private banking. Phil holds a BSc in mathematics from Imperial College (London) and qualified as a trust and estate practitioner in 2001. He is a registered member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and he regularly mentioned in publications such as Who’s Who Legal, ePrivateclient and Citywealth. |  |

| Prof. Marc Ansari, Member Head of the Pediatric Onco-Hematology Unit, HUG Marc Ansari has practiced medicine for over 15 years, particularly in the areas of pediatric oncology, hematology and genetics. In 2011, he founded the CANSEARCH Foundation and research platform at the University of Geneva. Since 1 January 2013, he is Head of the Pediatric Onco-Hematology unit of the HUG. In November 2015, he was appointed Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Geneva and Assistant Professor in 2017. |  |
